Due to increasing demand Towcester Veterinary Centre Group opened a new small animal clinic in Weedon in the Spring of 2014. Towcester Veterinary Centre has been providing veterinary services to all creatures great and small in the area for over 100 years.
About us
We pride ourselves on being an extremely friendly and approachable team at Weedon. We believe that every animal deserves the highest standard of veterinary care and that every client should receive exceptional customer service.
Facilities
Our purpose built Weedon practice is equipped with a state-of-the-art operating theatre, digital x-ray, dental facilities and lab. If you would like a tour of Weedon Vets then just call our reception team and they will arrange this for you.
Providing our own emergency service
We are one of the few practices in the area still providing our own out-of-hours emergency service. This is run from the Towcester Veterinary Centre hospital by our own vets and nurses (so if you are seen in an emergency you may well have the reassurance of seeing a familiar face).
All the latest news
We aim to keep you updated on topical issues through regular posts on our Blog, Facebook page and Twitter. We also hold occasional informal client talks at venues in the area.
We look forward to welcoming you and your pets to our community!
We are excited to announce that Towcester Vets is proudly using Pets App which allows you to request appointments, discuss your account, order prescriptions, order pet food and also pay for invoices. To ensure we stay up to date and can provide your pet with the latest medical and surgical care, continual professional development courses are compulsory for all our vets, nurses and ancillary staff.
We also take an active role in nursing education. Our training nurses receive thorough, on-site practical training under the supervision of our vets, qualified nurses and assessors.

I qualified in 1999 and since then have worked in many places around the country, mainly while locuming. I am cat crazy and have so far hand reared 22 kittens, 2 puppies and 6 rabbits! I currently have 4 cats of my own, all rescues of course! I have an entertaining 5 year old little boy who takes up most of my time now, he is also animal mad!

Billie joined Towcester Veterinary Centre in 2014 and qualified as a veterinary nurse from Warwickshire college in 2016.
In practice she enjoys organising and running nurse clinics, particularly our Podgy Paws clinic.
She has a collection of animals including her three dogs Bella, Eski and Sam, Beryl the bunny and ten rescue hens.
Alison joined Weedon Vets as a receptionist in March 2015. Initially she trained as a radiographer before joining the family business in Towcester in which she has worked for the last 20 years.
Becci has always had a passion for animals and thoroughly enjoys being able to interact with all the pets and their owners that come to Weedon vets. Having started working for a previous veterinary practice back in November 2014, she realised very quickly that this was something she would love to pursue.
My name is Rebecca Coyne and I joined the nursing team and Towcester and Weedon as their kennel assistant last June in 2016. This year I have decided to progress further and start working towards starting my vet nurse training within the practice as it has always been something I have been interested in.
I have a Level 3 diploma in Animal management which I completed in 2015 at moulton college, since then I have working in a boarding kennels and volunteered in a dog shelter close to me.
At home I have two dogs, one rescue dog who is a cross breed and my own dog Lottie who is a French Bulldog and has just turned one years old.
